Almost Summer

My preparations for the final presentation night have been tough. In two days, I will be performing my practice presentation to ensure that my final presentation will be smooth. So far, I have created my presentation by gathering my research and original work presentations and creating a whole year’s sum of my findings. I have researched several different topics within economics. First, I researched financial economics, analyzing how banks respond to national crises and the policies required for the economy to recover. Next, for my original work, I researched environmental economics, analyzing the IPCC 2023 Synthesis Report for Climate Change. This report allowed me to understand how, internationally, countries are able to find a definitive, factual solution to a rising global issue. Lastly, I studied behavioral economics, where I created my own dice game to understand individual decision-making and desires. 

Now, I have completed my final product. It has been a lot of work understanding the mathematics and economics behind the game as well as gathering enough data to make the results somewhat accurate. I am proud of not only the work I have completed but also the research, interview, and hard work put into the final product. So, I plan to present it well at the final presentation night on April 21st!
